A Breakfast Supplement

Hi Everyone,

Here's a recipe I'd like to share for a great shake that may be used as a breakfast supplement/replacement. It will boost your energy levels first thing in the morning and keep you feeling full until lunch. It will also provide your body with a range of vital vitamins and minerals. The shake is made preferably using a slow extraction juicer, although a normal juicer will also do fine, and consists of the following ingredients:

- 1 smallish carrot
- 1 apple
- ½ celery stick
- ½ cup of raspberries
- ¼ of medium size raw beetroot
- 1cm raw ginger
- 1tsp barley powder
- ¼ tsp. of chlorella powder
